Project Deliverables as Per Contract:
- Establishment of a Provincial Facilitation Unit (PFU) linked to the private sector that facilitates in demands and placements for technical training
- At least 12,000 men & women from KP/ FATA trained in various technical skills and their post training professional situation monitored
- Critical assistance provided to enhance capacities of selected technical and vocational training institutes
Some of the below mentioned major activities were carried out to achieve the above results:
- Establishment of a Provincial Facilitation (PFU) Unit in Peshawar

- Delivery of Training to 13,767 through private & Public institutes of KPK & FATA
- More than 9000 students were employed by February, 2017

- Examination & Certification through ‘Trade Testing Board (TTB) & Skills Development Council (SDC)
- Linkages with private sector employers & Financial Assistance to trainees for Business through Micro Finance Institutes (MFIs)
- Management Information System (MIS) Data Entry & Analysis of Project
- Strengthening / enhance capacities of selected training institutes
- Up-gradation of TVET Institutes Labs
- Accreditation of Institutes with NAVTTC
- Job Fairs / Huner Melas for trainees
- Skills Competition and Certificate Distribution Ceremonies
