CST – Rakh Ehsanpur
A 3 months course of construction skills was implemented in the village of RakhEhsanpur, Muzaffargarh. Trainees were imparted with extensive sense and skill of construction where the emphasize was laid down on practical trainings. Tool kits were also provided free of cost to the trainees so helping them jump start their careers and earn a livelihood utilizing their learned skill sets. The trainees were also paid a monthly stipend during the trainings. To further encourage the program trainees, a graduation ceremony was held at the Engro Model Village in RakhEhsanpur where certificates were distributed among the passing out candidates. Candidates were also supported through the provision of internships and in finding other livelihood prospects through enabling their linkages with the employers and micro-finance institutes.
