Learning Outcomes
This course is based on the training module of Good Housekeeping (GHK) developed by PREMAnet® Germany.
After this training, the participants will be able to;
- Identify NPOs in process flows of their companies
- Use ECO Mapping to visualize NPOs
- Conduct basic material flow costing
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis using Mind Mapping technique
- Develop Effective Action Plans

Mr. M. Salman Butt has more than 12 years experience of working on various Process Optimization techniques. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Master Trainer and Consultant on Good Housekeeping (GHK) by PREMAnet e.V. Germany.
