Syed Anwar Ali Pervez
Chief Executive Officer

Syed Anwar Ali Pervez is the Chief Executive Officer for TUSDEC and its projects such as GTDMC, CDTC, NIDA & CR&DI etc. and also a member of their Board of Directors. He is also the Board member of several other private & public sector companies of Pakistan.

He has implemented number of TUSDEC initiatives and currently responsible for developing and executing strategies to advance the Company’s mission and objectives. He has also been assigned to develop a clear understanding of business issues being faced by the industry and development institutions, including, but not limited to, policy, economic development, technology needs, skill needs, commercialization, management, etc.

Mr Anwar is an Electrical Engineer. Before joining TUSDEC, he has in-depth experience that spans the technology & Skills industry across a variety of areas at Saudia Arabia, Punjab Board of Technical Education and has also served Pakistan Army for about 32 years. Waseem Tahir
General Manager Accounts

Mr Waseem is the General Manager and also the Company Secretary of TUSDEC. He is responsible for the Accounts & Finance functions including accounting, treasury, audit, taxation, insurance, corporate matters management and special programs. Mr Waseem keeps an eye on cash-flows and also advise to the top management on related matter of the company.

Musa Dastagir Bhatti
Sr. Manager Business Development

Mr Musa Dastgir Bhatti looks after Business Development and Linkages activities for TUSDEC and its initiatives. Prior to joining TUSDEC, Mr Bhatti has held several key positions both abroad as well as in Pakistan with notable organizations like Mobilelink Inc. (New York, USA), TRG and DWP Technologies. Mr Bhatti is a graduate of Baruch College, New York, USA.

A Development Sector Professional with a specialization in economic growth, specifically skills & capacity building of organizations. Mr Ali has more than ten years of work experience in a multitude of organizations ranging from the Premier SME Development Agency of Pakistan to the main Technology & Skills Building Organization in the Country.

In between, he was member of a team, that built the first technology business Incubator at National University of Science & Technology (NUST) in Pakistan and also worked for the Apex Body regulating Higher Education in the Country. He also has knowledge of industrial sector development, projects design, business plan creation and project implementation.

Mr Ali has done Masters' in Public Administration with Scholastic Honors and a completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Sciences.

Nabeel Asghar
Sr. Manager Projects

Mr. Nabeel is the Sr. Manager Projects and is serving TUSDEC since September 2005. He is responsible for the Project Management, Planning, maintaining schedule integrity and cost control, risk management and effective use of resources for the effective implementation of TUSDEC projects.

Mr. Nabeel has done BSc, Mechanical Engineering from UET, Taxila and an MBA from University of the Punjab, Lahore. Prior to joining TUSDEC, he has served projects development organisations in Pakistan.

Syed Maqsood Hussain
Sr. Manager HR & Administration

Syed Maqsood Hussain is the Sr. Manager HR & Administration and responsible for Human Resource, Admin & IT departments of TUSDEC and its projects.

He has over 8 years of work experience and at TUSDEC responsible for conceptualising and implementing HR practices in Recruitment, Operations, Employee Relations and Organisation Development.

His field of expertise in various facets of HR includes Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, Policies & Procedures and Employee Relations.

Mr Maqsood possess an MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Masters in Human Resource Management from University of the Punjab. Prior to joining TUSDEC, he has served some reputable companies dealing in the areas of textiles exports and international retail outlets in Pakistan.

Sadia Masood
Project Director, PMU

Ms. Sadia is the Project Director of PMU (Project Monitoring Unit) which is responsible to implement few ADB (Asian Development Bank) funded projects.

She is responsible to supervise execution of the projects from designing layouts, hiring contractors, tendering, funding requisitions and coordination with assistants of Project Manager and also to deal with Ministries and ADB authorities.

Ms Sadia has done BSc, Mechanical Engineering from UET, Lahore and an MBA from University of the Punjab, Lahore. Prior to joining TUSDEC, she has served projects development organisations both abroad as well as in Pakistan.
