Land required in Karachi and Sialkot for iDAC project
Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan to upgrade technology and skills of strategic
industrial clusters of Pakistan. TUSDEC is implementing a project titled “Industrial Designing &
Automation Centres (IDAC)’’ to address the automation and design related issues of Pakistan’s
Industry. Centres will be established in Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot. These interventions will help local industries on improving their manufacturing processes through industrial automation.
TUSDEC intends to procure 2 kanal land for construction of its centres in Karachi and Sialkot.
Interested parties / landowners are invited to send their sealed bids (single stage one envelope) as per the criteria / requirement mentioned in the bidding documents.
A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained through email or by hand from above mentioned
locations in Karachi and Lahore between 09:00AM to 5:00PM (Mon-Fri) on submission of a written
application to receive documents.
Sealed bids duly completed must reach as per the above mentioned time and locations. Tenders will
be opened on the same date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives
who wish to attend. “Bid for Land” should be clearly written on the sealed envelope containing the bid.
Submission of any false statement/documents shall disqualify the bidder.
