REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS REQUIRED

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) established by Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan is working to upgrade technology and skills of key and strategic industrial clusters and connect Pakistan to the global value chain. TUSDEC is implementing the Project “National Strategic Programme for Acquisition of Industrial Technology (NSPAIT)”. This strategic programme proposes major KBE interventions required for selected key industrial sectors to upgrade Pakistan’s industrial technological base through acquisition of technology. Priority sectors include Textile, Construction (including Cement, Ceramics, Marble & Granite) Engineering & Technology (including light engineering, Cutlery and Gems & Jewellery technology).

TUSDEC is currently implementing intervention related to Construction Sector and Light Engineering sector at Cement Research and Development Institute (CR&DI), Lahore and Gujranwala Tool, Dies and Mould Centre (GTDMC), Gujranwala respectively. TUSDEC intends to hire the services of eligible consultancy firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category. The Firms are invited to submit their proposals in one sealed envelope under single stage single envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules (PPRA-Pakistan).

pre-bid meeting to answer their written questions and to clarify any query on bid documents before the submission of proposal i.e February 4th, 2022.
