Construction Consultant Required IDAC Project in Karachi and Sialkot

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) is a section 42 company established by the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan to upgrade technology and skills of key industrial clusters and connect them to global value chain. TUSDEC is initiating a project titled “Industrial Designing & Automation Centres (IDAC)’’ to address the automation and design related issues of Pakistan’s Industry. Centres will be established in Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot. These interventions will guide local industries on how automation can improve their manufacturing processes.

TUSDEC invites sealed bids from eligible consultancy firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category on the basis of single stage two envelopes procedure for the hiring of Construction Consultant(s) for the below cited centres.

1. A complete set of bidding documents against each tender may be purchased on submission of a written application to the office given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 2,000/-. The Bidding documents may be obtained between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on any working day (Monday to Friday) from our office address given below or through below mentioned e-mail.
2. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security @ 2% of bid amount in shape of bank draft/pay order in favor of Technology Upgradation & Skill Development Company
3. TUSDEC reserves rights to reject bids prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per the Rules and Regulations under the PPRA Ordinance, 2002

Submission of any false statement/documents shall disqualify the bidder.
