PR Lahore – 08 April 2015: NIDA (National Institute of Design & Analysis), an associate department of TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development), has collaborated with MES (Mechatronics Engineering Solutions) through a Memorandum of Understanding to promote technical and professional education and training for productive human capital development for industrial proliferation and economic melioration. The MoU binds both organizations to facilitate one another in pursuing joint programmes of technical trainings, professional development and certification to magnify the accessibility, quality and service delivery of training and education mechanism.
The association will establish a robust platform for developing a competitive knowledge economy through investing in innovative technology adoption and pertinent skill development programmes aimed to encourage and incentivize value addition and cluster development in industrial sectors. Recognizing the significance of value addition, productive human capital and industrial development, the association is contemplating to design innovative training and development programmes for various industrial clusters. It will initiate the corroboration by conducting and organizing training programmes such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, Advanced Analogue, Advanced SCADA, DCS, VFD to name a few in order to abridge the dearth of adroit and technically adept manpower for industrial proliferation. According to a company spokesperson, joint training and development activities will be consistent with market demands to bootstrap the industry in amplifying its productivity and competitiveness for an economic leapfrog. Both organization will deploy their available resources and coordinate their efforts for the promotion of technical and professional education.
