TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation & Skill Development Company) has been established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan to upgrade technology and skills of key and strategic industrial clusters and connect Pakistan to the global value chain. TUSDEC intends to enter into a service contract with selected and reputed insurance company for employees’ Health Insurance coverage. We invite sealed bids from reputed and registered insurance companies (Minimum A Rated) with proven track record to arrange medical health insurance cover (inpatient only) for its employees including their dependent (spouse and children only) residing at anywhere in Pakistan. This coverage/policy will be extendable at mutually agreed terms & conditions.

Sealed bids along with technical & financial proposal must be delivered at TUSDEC Head office, State Cement Corporation Building Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, latest by April 13, 2022 till 11:30 AM. Any proposal received after the indicated time shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM.
The Bidding document carrying all the details can be purchased during office timings from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at TUSDEC Head Office located at State Cement Corporation Building Kot Lakhpat Lahore by writing a request on company’s letter head and on the payment of Rs. 500(Five Hundred Only).
Sealed bids duly completed must reach the TUSDEC Head Office, State Cement Corporation Building Kot Lakhpat, Lahore on or before 13-04-2022 up to 11:30 am. Bids should contain two sealed envelopes within one envelope clearly marked ‘Technical’ & ‘Financial’ Proposals. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at same address. Financial bids will be opened on the date and time communicated later to the technically qualified bidders. Rates quoted must include all applicable taxes. Bids should be valid for a minimum period of 45 days after bid opening. Proposal for ‘’Group Health Insurance” should be clearly written on the envelope containing the bid.
TUSDEC reserves all rights to reject any/all bids prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal as per the Rules & Regulations under PPRA Ordinance, 2002. Submission of any false statement/documents shall disqualify the bidder. The company shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for the preparation and submission of proposal presented in response to this notice.
