CST – Daira Din Panah

In collaboration with Engro Foundation and FDO – Farmers Development Organization, TUSDEC replicated the technical training program in Daira Din Panah, near the main city of Kot Addu in District Muzaffargarh. TUSDEC conducted a preliminary TNA (Training Need Assessment) before starting the program and found that the trade of Welding was high in terms of market demand at Daira Din Panah. The TNA results were shared with the partners and after mutual consent, a 3 months training course in Welding was launched. Students were provided with welding tool kits and a stipend every month till the course conclusion. The trainees successfully graduated were also aided in finding employment prospects at the local market.
