The Management Trainee Program is merely hiring, grooming and training the fresh graduates for our future management cadre and give them an opportunity to grow in their professional life. The essence of this program is to fetch the highly motivated individuals who have the potential to excel as future leaders in TUSDEC.
The Management Trainees are hired for a period of nine (09) months according to their academic specialization. The MTP provides a sound experience base to the trainee.
