Tender Notice for Supply of Toolkits for Trainees

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) is a section 42 company established by the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan to upgrade technology and skills of key industrial clusters and connect them to global value chain. TUSDEC is currently executing the project. Technical Skills Development in Sindh and Balochistan implemented in collaboration with TVET Sector Support Programme which is funded by the European Union and the governments of Germany and Norway. TUSDEC intends to invite GST registered suppliers for Supply of Toolkits to trainees of AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, Computer Operator, Customer Services and Sales Assistant, Industrial Electrician, Dies and Mould Maker, Welder, Domestic AC Mechanic, Office Assistant at its centres located in Karachi, Hyderabad, Lesbela and Quetta.

The bidders should fulfill the following conditions;
- Company Profile
- Provide their NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates
- Provide an undertaking that it has not been blacklisted by any Government Organization(s) nor they are in litigation process with any Govt./Semi Govt. organization
- Bidder must have past experience for supply of Toolkits
- Rates quoted must include all applicable taxes
- Bid should be valid for a minimum period of 60 days after bid opening
TUSDEC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids. Sealed bids (single stage one envelope including technical and financial proposals) along with 2% Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to “Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company” duly completed must reach at below mentioned address on or by September 02, 2021 upto 1500 Hrs (Pakistan Standard Time). Tenders will be opened on the same date at 1530 Hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who wish to attend at SkillTech International Karachi.
“Bid for Supply of Toolkits” should be clearly written on the sealed envelope containing the bid. Submission of any false statement / documents shall disqualify the bidder.
