Vocational Training Course of Domestic Tailoring at NIDA Karachi
TUSDEC is disseminating the domestic tailoring skills at NIDA Karachi centre with the collaboration of FWBL (First Women Bank Limited) to implement USAID (Gender Equity Program). The program has enrolled 20 female candidates belonging to lower income groups. Modern techniques of fabric cutting and sewing are being imparted to the trainees by highly expert female trainers. The course deems to enable the women with downright tailoring skills so that they can earn better living out of formal occupations.
