Success Level
The ToTs were conducted in a thoroughly professional environment encompassing all the parameters successfully. The trainees exhibited great zeal for learning new technology and their post training capacity analysis showed remarkable improvement as compared to their pre-training assessments. During the final phase the trainees demonstrated advanced abilities in designing, installing and testing solar systems and trouble shooting in a very efficient way. During ToT sessions, the participants were given special trainings to ensure safety measures to be adopted at work place. TUSDEC trained 17 trainees in two batches.
TUSDEC provided management support, training material, residential facility and high tech solar laboratory for the training sessions at NIDA (National Institute of Design and Analysis). For extracurricular activities, the participants had an opportunity to tour Lahore Fort, Wagha Border, Minar-e-Pakistan and Badshahi Mosque along with classic Food Street.
