From an initial sales order from customers, to the highly integrated and complex chain of interdependent activities in Logistics in the SAP system, the PP component reflects its strength, both in planning and execution. It seamlessly integrates with sales, procurement, quality, maintenance, projects, human capital, finance, and controlling functions of the company. It also integrates with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), as well as with Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII).
